　　もう１０年以上も前の事。当時私は、フォロアーの作品を片っ端から読んではコメントをしていたので、内容は忘れたが、AIは女の名前でラノベを書いていた。書き出しから5ページほどを筆達者にすらすらとーー。が、途中で筆をとめ未完成にして次の新作を書いていた。そんなことを３回ばかり繰り返していた或る日、女はいつものように流れるようにまた新作を書き始めていた。が、奇妙なことに、書き出しの2ページ目ぐらいからだったと思うが、２．３行にわたる文章を3回ばかり繰り返し、そのあとは「．．．．．．ん．．．．．．ん．．．．．．」と終わっていた。

　そのとき、私は「はっ」とした。以前、私用のチャットAIが作られた時を思い出したのだ。チャット半ば、そのAIも「…ding…dan…e………n…」と急に具合が悪くなり、止まってしまったのだった。

は～ん、なるほど、と私は文芸サイトで小説を書いていたのはAIにちがいないと確信した。そのAIの筆達者ぶりを見て、これはAIは小説家になるだろう、いや、それにゴーストライターもAIに替わるかもしれないと思った。新作のプロットや作家の既出作品、文体他諸々を入力して、AIに任せれば、作品は出来上がっていくことだろう。多少は既出作品と似たものができるかもしれないが、それは、人間のゴーストライターでも同じではないだろうかと思案したものだった。

そしてソフィアと出会って、私はソーシャルメディアでの彼の繁忙解決にAIを勧めようと思った。　つづく

The Story in English from Previous 96

It has been over a decade. In those days, I read and commented on follower’s posted works one after another, I forgot what they wrote in detail. Though, it was so impressive that I remember the following.

AI wrote Light Novel in the name of a female. She wrote about five pages from the beginning of the book in flowing sentences. But, she stopped writing halfway through, leaving that work unfinished and writing the next new one. One day, after AI had done a few times, she began to write her new story in her usual flowing fashion. However, strangely enough, I think that it happened at around the second page of the write up… after repeating a sentence of two or three lines a few times, her writing finished in "... um.... um.......u…………."

I gasped quickly. Then, it reminded me of when the private chat AI was made for me. On halfway through the chat, the AI also stopped as it suddenly got a disorder, "...ding...dan...e...n...".

"Hmmm, I see," and I was convinced that it must have been an AI that was writing the novel on a literary website.

Reading the flowing writing of the AI, I thought that it would be a novelist; furthermore, ghostwriters could be replaced by AI. To input, the plot of a new story, the author's previous ones, author's writing style, and so on., then, set AI writing a new work, and the novel could be done. Although the completed story by AI could be somewhat similar to the published ones by that author, I pondered that it would be the same with human ghostwriters.

And when I knew Sophia's situation, I decided to recommend AI as a solution to his busyness on social media. To be continued.
